Aug 12 Sky meditation group. After breathing I have focussed on heart chakra (anahatham) since I have felt the inadequacy of love.
Day 12: 12th August 2021 Time: 10 40pm to 10:50 pm Duration : 10mins Experience: bedtime meditation. It was much calmer than my day meditation routine. Felt so much of gratitude. I was visualising the positives of the day and then went into a thoughtless state and slept peacefully. Day 13: Skipped . The work was getting on to me and I was bit upset too .. So didn't have a calm mind to sit for meditation. Maybe such days I need to make sure I do not skip Day 14: 14th August 2021 Time: 11 40am to 11:50 am Duration : 10mins Experience: after I finished the cleaning work had bath, prayers and I sat for 10 mins to just Be with myself without any music. Lot of distraction noise was there like next house some drilling work, some pooja sound elsewhere. I started off with the distraction sound and slowly there was nothing I was concentrating on. Just some thoughts but I was with the flow and then didn't realise 10 mins went by when the timer ended.
“Left leg asleep” - I presume you meant Numbness. This gives hint that you make adjustment to the selected posture.

Day: 14 of 100 Date: August 14, 2021 Time: 6:59 a.m. 7:11 a.m. Duration: 12 minutes Experience: Little bit of lesson today about how the mind works. I addressed the problem I was encountering yesterday and that had a significant impact in today's meditation. Very calm and serene mind during the meditation. Inhalation and exhalation cycle was 4 a minute. Focused on acceptance. Dominant single thought was about my teaching the moral class for the children last academic year.
It is ok to interchange the legs. Sometimes I will change in between the breathing exercise or meditation also. If full lotus posture is not comfortable, half lotus posture is ok. We have to be relaxed and comfortable while we are meditating.
Aug 13 SKY with the group and shanthi meditation since it is friday. I felt my body heat is going out through base chakra(mooladhara). These affirmations to think at the beginning of our meditation is given by Sri Sri Ravishankar ,help me a lot, but not always. I used to forget sometimes. Try whether it works for you friends!
