I Am Getting Ocd About Periods And Cleanliness. What To Do ??

I know exactly how you feel. It must be the heavy periods that might be causing your annoyance with the flow and cleaning. To tackle bath issues, what I used to do when I had heavy periods due to fibroids was that I had my napkin set in my panties ready to put on as soon as I showered. I used to quickly dry the bottom half and wear the panty and then carry on with the rest. I know how it must feel if you have showered and then the floor gets messy before you dry yourself or the bath mats might get messy too.
To avoid this I used to do this step immediately so that even if the shower stall is messy within that minute, I can rinse it away, but getting it on the bath mat would be terrible so I used to avoid that.

As for bucket taking long to fill up, don't you have something called a toe tester or a tub filling spout which is an option for shower systems?
I am doing a bathroom reno now and I insisted on getting this extra option for the shower system. I will let you know when the reno is over as to how fast the water fills up.

 

Fix a showerhead which comes with a hand shower. Or there are shower heads that come out to be used as hand showers. This can be changed by you or your husband. Does not require expertise.
This is an easy fix. Hand showers also help a lot when you need to clean the shower stall or tub, whichever you have.
