:hello:Recently there was huge posts on karma in genes, in relationship that was intriguing. Here I come across a book by American author who had spent considerable years in Indian monasteries.

Any page open at random I found interesting. Worth a try. upload_2021-6-6_9-49-38.jpeg upload_2021-6-6_9-51-6.jpeg

Newer and better perspectives - a must read to improve quality of life through following the nuggets. I am reading random pages often from this title.
This book was recommended to @Anusha2917 by madam sister @Gauri03

It is indeed a good book Sir. A worthwhile read. Though I believe it was Srama who recommended it to Anusha. When I read it at the start of the pandemic I had time on my hands so I made a bunch of notes. I think I might have them somewhere. If I find them I’ll post them here.

Consciously or unconsciously one may pick up habits which may turn out to be good or bad in the long run . In that respect, good associations are needed to pick up good habits. For many of good positive habits, I do remember my dad in the link
    You Know Habits Die Hard
    Thanks and Regards.

A read of this travelogue by a realised soul must be more interesting from view
    Point of aspiring spiritualists.

A book on discovering answer to enigmatic questions as to what happens to the soul after leaving the body and what it carries with it could be an interesting need. The book below is one such which I have been reading from back to front cover. 310 pages.

I missed your tag here. :) Yes Srama recommended this to me in my procrastination thread. Rihana had mentioned about this a couple of threads. And before Srama recommended I had already started reading as a suggestion by one apartment book group friend.
If you enjoyed this then read "Make the bed " .

"Someone who loved Atomic Habits .. can read make the bed.. it’s a small 125 page book one can read in 2 hours .. but it’s meaningful..
i really liked it and I believe it justifies being the number one New York Times best seller ..!"

Quoted words are recommendation by the same person who suggested me AH.

I will start it tomorrow and just got reminded that I need to go n pick up the book:)
