Before you arrive you hint me with your earthy flavour and aroma. You stop me to come out,when I listen your rhythm,I feel like to dance with you. You make me to celebrate and seize my moment. You make me to eat yummy and have beverages. You make me lazy when you come in the morning,and ignore all my responsibilities. You make me fall asleep when you come in the night, perfect lullaby. You are gift to me, as you always lift my mood and bring down my stress. Without you there is no life.
Dear RM, With your apt choice of words You had captured the monsoon rains and made me drenched in lashing rain and I felt as if I was caught when it rained cats and dogs. You have beautifully walked the reader through the shower in different parts of the day, that transported the mind to hot onion pakodas, deep slumber and wettest places. Rains of season is always welcome as it increase ground water table, lakes and huge tanks that caters to urban and rural population gets overflown. Water is nectar of life. I had wonderful and macabre experiences in Bombay now Mumbai few of which I had already narrated here. Hi Yeah many to eat in rainy morning and evening. I enjoy my rainy season right from morning drink, breakfast,lunch, evening snacks,night dinner. I have coffee or tea(ginger,cardomom) or masala tea,else I have green tea where I add flavour to it like ginger and cinnamon or I add lemon. Coming to snack I eat all region snacks(gujarati,mahastrian,Karnataka,Andhra/telangana, tamilnadu, Rajasthani, punjabi... I don't ordered from outside,I cook for myself,I enjoy my food. Regards Ratna
As per title it is a mansoon in someone’s life! It could be typo but then a combi of man in monsoon is also a good idea title for a sonnet. I wish someone there take the hint and draw up or launch a poem.
