This your maiden nomination is a fine augury since the contents of the poem is most befitting associating indusladies folks and reflecting vicissitudes of their daily life. Thanks and Regards.
@Rihana, I am here to nominate @nuss' post Half The Year Is Behind Us, Any Fitness Related Observations?. I have always admired her professional accomplishments, investment knowledge, fitness focus, etc. but this post highlights a number of other areas that she is focused on. I feel she is an Ashtavadani and there is so much to learn from her posts. I wish I was her student in the school she teaches.
@Rihana, Like @Laks09, I have been reading poems posted since last month. I have selected two of them to be nominated this month, and one of them is already nominated by Laks and therefore I am nominating the other. I am here to nominate @Mistt's poem I Wish..... Even though the poem says, "I wish I were an articulate to impress you", she proved herself well throughout this poetry. The best line is the first, "I wish I were a gentle breeze to feel your presence". That is how I feel when I get elevated spiritually. I altered (mentally) the line about rainbow as, "I wish I were a beautiful rainbow to be always with you", in my mind and when I did, it sounds like a cry of a spiritual asiprant.
Thank you Viswa Sir for liking "I wish" poem and the nomination. It is so good to knowing how you feel when you are connecting to spirituality within you.
My pyari Rihsna I wanted to nominate @RatnaMalliswari's post Small changes big differences but I am not able to post the link Small Changes, big Differences
@iyerviji Thank you for the first nomination! Do's And Don'ts Of Married Life by @shama146 is a neat summary for newly married women. It has suggestions on dealing with a tense situation and tips to prevent such situations. The list includes advice for times when things go out of control such as physical abuse. What stood out the most to me was: "Never apologize if you are not wrong" balanced with "If it's genuinely your fault, do say sorry."
@Laks09 Thank you for your first ever nomination. I knew you would fit in like you had always been there and nominating. When I first saw the title of the peom I Landed by @Mistt in "Latest Replies" or "Recent Posts", I thought it must be about a place she's visiting this summer. On reading I found it to be a poem about a place for all seasons that life presents to us. Mistt has described in a few short lines what IL means to all members. True! It is the camaraderie.
@Rihana, Nice to see you in a judge role and definitely you can well fit for any role. @Laks09, I felt happy for you had chosen my poem as your first nomination being One of commitee members. My best wishes to both of you.
