I’ve been wondering if we need to build in down-days into the challenge. The original challenge was tailored to the lifestyle of single men with no responsibilities outside of themselves. With the number of things we juggle as women and mothers, managing work, homes and other lives, it is nearly impossible not to have one day in the span of 75 when everything falls apart all at once. It is rather the norm here in fact. : ) Starting over and over because of events outside your control can really be taxing for the spirit. How about 3 down days over the entire challenge that can be used as needed. If you run out and fail to keep up, you start again? Knowing there is allowance for the unavoidable will make it easier to power through to the finish line. Of course, it is up to each individual whether or not they want to have downtime but I think we should keep the option open.

This makes a lot of sense. We have to prioritize, and sometimes we cannot put ourselves first, and it adds to our mental stress.
@Gauri03 I take it as 3 life lines in this challenge and try to hold on to them as late in the game as possible and only for circumstances beyond my control.

    Life lines Gauri, lifelines!
You know how many challenges I have taken, gone thorugh till the last day - especially meditation. For reasons I cannot explain, I always always forget the last day :( SO I have given up on mediatation.

Restarting with this hard challenge indeed is painful and I appreciate the opportunity for 3 life lines :) Thank you for thinking about thiat. I have been wanting to propose something on similar lines like on absolutley not possible days, reducing times or reducing activities, but what you have proposed makes better sense!

Such a breather this is .. I was finding it so hard to keep up with the challenge . But then yeah what you have written makes sense . Thank you Guruji .. Ha ha..

Weekends I don't have my belly burn workout . We are asked to cover 10-12k steps. So weekends I go back to my 40 mins walk. Step count of 12k is hard for me or rather I really don't track . I maybe covering around 7-8k. And few weekends I have my classes from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm with lunch and tea breaks . So the 90 mins practice is skipped because there is so much to absorb in the class my brain does not co operate for any additional studies.

    day 5 : 26-06-2021.

1)40 mins of Walk and 3.0L water -Done

    day 7 : 28-06-2021
