    Hi @Anusha2917,

I suffered from opposite of procrastination. Anything and everything had to be done immediately and my ToDoList didn't last long unless it was driven by an external factor. Sometimes, I began tasks much early and I was advised by others to wait. There has to be a balance betwen procrastination and wanting to do everything immediately. Both create mental pressure. Sometimes, things get resolved themselves making an action not necessary.

Now, I realized that doing everything immediately is not avoiding procrastination. There has to be a balance. Planning time wisely avoids both procrastination and wanting to do everything immediately. Prioritizing and sequencting the actions helps me achieve balance and proper use of time.

Thank you Sir for the reply..
I have improved with some tips from this thread.

The weekly and monthly goals are helping me and I'm going with a more realistic daily to do list instead of taking everything and Pressurizing to finish all tasks. I am going with "priority" Tasks .. :)

With better time management I'm able to finish the tasks effectively . It's a good progress.
