Pigeons, A Menace Or A Boon?

Lucky you that you have such huge windowsills.. My bedroom doesn't even have windows. The fresh air comes from the French windows on the balcony in the first-floor rooms. But pigeons are still nu the place. since. They are using my second-floor balcony as a delivery room and have dirtied the entire balcony. But pigeons are also victims. A former neighbour of mine suffered a stroke and someone suggested that he should rub pigeon blood on the affected arm. Quite a fre pigeons that came for the grains his family laid for them died a brutal death. Lot of people believe air from flapping pigeon wings is beneficial while others rightly say that pigeons carry germs causing lung infections. One cannot be too careful with them.

An old farmer in the field at the time of harvest found menacing gang of birds eating away the corns and grains. The usual scare crow tied to a staff erected at random places in the field failed to repel the birds.

So I would suggest improve window balcony aesthetics tie colourful big balloons In variety of colours and shapes. Doves might forget your balcony forever!

 

Owl decoys are sold online as bird scarers.... they serve twin purposes to protect glass windows, as well as to protect balconies from poop.
Placing an owl decoy inside the french window to the balcony would scare off any bird that want to come and perch on the balcony parapet wall.... or the stupid ones who want to fly through the glass into your flat.... and end up splaaattt on your window and make you clean up the blood.

 

Real or unreal the sighting of owl is an augury depending on sight of time day or night!
