:hello: Love Thy Home & Family :hello:

I do not consider Lock Down as an ISOLATION exercise.

Lockdown is having to stay at home with whom we love.

Isolation is what the seriously ill are experiencing in hospital.

Stop saying that you are bored, upset that you can't leave the house; while everyone in the hospital wants to go home.

So, thank God if you have to stay at home, because despite everything, with money or without money, with a job or without a job, you are in the best place you could be, at home, surrounded by who loves you!

Perhaps it is time to transform your house into a wonderful place to stay, a place of peace and not of war, of embrace and not of distance.

Anyway, look with different eyes at the situation you are experiencing.

Make your house a party: Listen to music, sing, dance.

Make your house a place of worship Pray, praise, plead,
    meditate, ask, thank, et al.

Make your home a school: Read, write, draw, paint, study, learn, teach ... Make your house a store: Clean, order, organize, decorate, label, move, sell, donate .
Make your house a restaurant: cook, eat, try, create recipes, grow spices, plant a garden .

Exercise & drink & eat in moderation and be fit.

It is also written in the Bible Corinthians 6-19: your body is a temple - Take care of yourself
Anyway make your house, your family, a place of love. Make the best possible use of this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

I see lockdown as a blessing. It keeps fools away from me and I remain in contact with the wise online.

Lockdown for seniors has not much of a problem. They do not have much of activity outside anyway. The only way they may be affected is for meeting their daily needs like milk, grocery, vegetables etc if there is no way to get them at door. They are the most disadvantaged lot in that respect.
It is the young who are facing the unrest and depression. Hours of online entertainment is boring. Sitting with elders and listening their preachings is tiring.
All the suggestions are worth following. People are fi ding new ways to keep engaged even in many funny jobs like making videos of their in door activities or tiktok jokes .

For sometime it is ok to be at home for all the members of the family. Can fill our time with the mentioned activities and be happy. But Covid lockdown is too long. One feels suffocated and everyone needs their space...even kids. They hate the screen activities...whether it mobile or TV or laptop. After attending online classes throughout the day they are repulsive to screen...I know many kids...they want to go out, play and most of all they want the school atmosphere.
Even couples..all the 24/7 with each other??? They need their space inspire of loving each other. Seniors...unless they are invalid want to go out once in a while. Morning walk, groceries, vegetables , park or temples...where they can interact with people other than family. Small pleasures of life they want. In India most middle class families live in 2 or 3 bedroomed apartments. Now...everyone's doors or closed...no visits from anyone. Kids cannot play in basement also.
I May sound very negative...but it is reality.
