    Water
    Coffee

    Curd rice with curry and pickle
    Tea with 2 biscuits
    Dosa 3 with chutney

    Water 2 litres
    Walk 30mins

    Last 3 days menu are same but different curry , chutney ,wheat dosa,adai,plain dosa.
    For May 17,18,19th menus...

    If one seeks and speaks pleasant words that cause good all around,
    righteousness resides and harm recedes.

    Kallangai - They say it as Anchankal/Kallankal. In this game we use 5 stones and try to catch them by ones, by twos, by threes and some more steps. This game is good for eye sight and concentration.

    May 20th,21st,22nd and 23rd are same breakfast and lunch but curries are different and dinner also dosai like rice flour dosa, kambu dosa,onion kambu dosa and again kambu dosa with cocounut/onion chutneyfor last 4 days.

    Water
    Coffee
    Porridge
    Lunch - curd rice with curry 2 scoops
    Tea/coffee
    Dosa 3 with chutney

    Challenge
    No sweets
    Walk 30 mins
    Water 3 litres.

    May 24th

    Water
    Coffee
    Porridge
    Jack fruit 7
    Rasam and curd rice with keerai kootu and kovakkai curry.
    Coffee
    Ven pongal one scoop with cocounut chutney
    Milk

    Challenge
    No sweet
    Walk 45 mins
    Water 3 litres.

    When you are content to be simply yourself and don't compare or compete, everyone will respect you.
