We wish to move out of the dusty part of delhi where we live right now. Frankly speaking, we cannot afford good 3bhk, which is our minimum requirement, in much cleaner settled parts of Delhi. We cannot move into a crore figure. A decently clean area with adjoining clean parks and accessible markets and metro is what we need. We are okay even to move out of Delhi, but its very very tough to even pen down where should we start our survey, which area in delhi, which cities nearby Delhi upto Chandigarh.

Major points we are taking into consideration are -
cleaner so as elders of the house and even we can move out for a fresh walk daily.
no water issues and decent water quality.
    accessible markets for daily supplies.
    communication ease.
not a dull lifestyle but not a costly daily living either.
child is going to enter college life in another year and a half, so an area with some related opportunities.

Please make out some time to suggest, giving a thought where all you must have lived or have relatives and you must be well aware of the pros and cons of those areas. We need to take a decision before we start filling up for college admissions. Thanks in advance.

If the kid is looking all over the country, he/she will be in a hostel/dorm. Dharuhera area is quite comfortable, clean, and affordable. The proximity to Delhi makes it a nice place for settling down.

Sonepat is okay. Nothing special about it! Don't know about the water quality (should be fine!). There are several colleges/universities/ schools in Sonepat and nearby area so education won't be a problem. Coming from Delhi, you will find it a bit boring!
