    THe greatest health benefit - shall appreciate if you had mentioned it here.

    For what kind of benefit this quinoa rice is recommended? How different this Vietnam produce from the regular raw rice Ponni or boiled rice. Could you please explain in a nutshell.

    Ulundu Kanji- I used black orid dhall. Roasted and grinded with raw rice. Make it into a porridge and add some jaggery and coconut. Really good in calcium.

    Quinoa - Very less carb when compared to rice. Rich in magnesium and iron.

    I sometimes get to see some of your threads and they have best content. I greatly appreciate your good work.
