    I got my periods again. This time it got delayed by 4 days. I was expecting something good.
    But I am able to keep myself rooted because of mindfulness. I am trying to keep myself busy
    learning keyboard and online courses. Also, this thread is helping me to focus on myself. Thanks Alyssum.
