:hello: Good Better Best Or Bad Bitter Experience :hello:

Which is better? Bad experience or bitter experience. One may be good. Other may be best. Any experience in a percipient teenager would enable him or her to consistently perform efficiently in his or her professional sphere and family life.

Moon missions initially experienced failures. The learning curve was long; but by and by such ”failure experiences” taught man to land on the moon. An explosion of Kanishka over Atlantic improved and tightened security in airlines the world over, a twin tower blast given way to to increased surveillance & innovations in rules, regulations and restrictions.

Failures are ascending stepping stones for success - so says the old adage. So one Santa started counting his failures. But a real monk treats failure and success on equal footing. With failure never to get depressed with sunken feel nor success to get highly elated that it makes head strong.

An officer of Government scared of audit, known for procrastination dealing, when questioned said that “if I attend to work, there is scope for blunder -likelihood of making mistakes or the decisions taken deviating from office bible or statutory procedure resulting in facing audit queries leading to disciplinary proceedings and dismissal”. Thus after working in this manner for several years, such officers gain no experience good or bad.

In an interview when questioned about her claiming three years of experience while she had served previously only for two years, she responded saying that she was daily working overtime of four hours. I selected her.

Best experience that can be imbibed easily seemed to be from reading or and observing the failures/success of others.

Compelling anecdotes that resonate globally appear in INDUSLADIES epitomises this very power.

That fearful guy's actions reminds me of the Jada Bharata story in Srimad Bhagavatam ! But Jada Bharata was an enlightened soul, not a lazy person who fears audit!

I tell my students - make mistakes, make more mistakes, but learn from the mistakes and make new mistakes! :tongueclosed:
    Don't repeat the mistakes!

I also tell them, we dont have enough time in our lifetime to make all the mistakes - so learn history and learn from other people's mistakes also.

    Keep Smiling

:hello:I read the story of Jada Bharata by Iskon translated from Srimad Bhagavatam. He was remembering his previous birth's folly or follies and so remained calm and stoic in front of badrakali where he was being readied to be sacrificed by a team of bandit and kali came to his rescue.
Thanks for this name reference here.
