    Wired logic? Eat whatever you like for long life!

    Becoz,
    The inventor of the treadmill has died at the age of 54.

    The inventor of gymnastics died at the age of 57.

    The world bodybuilding champion has died at the age of 41.

    The best footballer in the world, Maradona, died at the age of 60.

    WHEREAS

    KFC inventor dies at 94.
    Investor of Nutella died at the age of 88.
    The inventor of Turkish shurmeh and Stake died at the age of 104.
    Inventor and cigarette maker Winston has died at the age of 102.
    The inventor of opium died at the age of 116 in an earthquake.
    Hennessy whiskey inventor dies at 98.

    The inventors of Afghani food( Qabeli, Manto and Chapli Kebab) are still alive.

    How these doctors HAD come to the conclusion that exercise prolongs life?

    The rabbit is always lively and lives for ONLY 2 years, but the turtle that does not get STIRRED from its place is 400 years old.

    ஃ keep eating as you like , make merry with whiskey as often as you can, be sedentary in work, rest as and when you desire, and enjoy life to the Hilt.

    You think they walk too fast, or manage to have too much sex inspite of the handicaps?

    Invention and self care are two different things.Generally, good health is genetic and also stress management plays important role.

    Most athletes die early due to increased activity, heart works hard to supply blood and it's muscles become bigger in size, thus requiring more blood for themselves. The large heart mass can also cause blockage of blood outflow from the heart which leads to death.

    :hello:It is nice idea to keep positive frame of mind. I am glad that you are concerned only about buying new dresses of XXXL OR XXL in the event of eating whatever you like and turning heavy weight champion.

    What I presented in the post is that why the inventors died so young when they had invented things for prolonging fit life. I guess they had not put the inventions to their use and only watched others using it....anyway it is all for heck of it.

    :hello:So the corollary seemed to be OK. The ideal goal should be TO REMAIN inactive to have longest longevity! tortoise and snail are exerting the minimum and they live longer.

    My dad and his dad lived beyond 99 never gone to gym but all that they did with body was to walk long distances. My great grand reported to have produced more than twelve kids and his wife in between had miscarriages but they all lived easily past ninety.

    Many Japanese & Chinese Long living persons vouchsafe for no exercise regimen except doing regular domestic work which has inbuilt exercises for men and women.
