    1. We should get worried or tensed over small things out of our control unless it’s some life threatening issue.
    2. Never to take any relationship for granted confidently....during bad times even close ones like husband would become hostile and abusive. I was so confident some years back that my husband and in laws would never Ill treat me and that I would be happy...I was so wrong..they have troubled me to the extent where they themselves told me to leave my husband and not be part of the family.
    3. I regret losing touch with few of my close friends..during tough times , we find solace in confiding our problems with close friends..we feel better just talking..some really nice people whom I befriended in the past and lost touch with...I think about them..
    4. I feel bad about spending on fashionable clothes, cosmetics, costume jewellery etc.. since last year I couldn’t use these..I feel some of my purchases were unnecessary and could have saved money on those...
    5. I realised importance of being employed..now job market is affected ..If Id got a job before Pandemic I’d have been working from home and managing somehow..now how will I get job till it becomes normal...so much tension these days due to all sectors being affected due to Covid..
My career gap increased by one year due to Covid..
    6. I understood how people respect ladies who are professionally successfully in job and earning well...
I’m working and doing slogging day and night doing chores for family at cost of my health and well being but only taunted and mocked at , for being good for nothing ...household chores is thankless job..no one will appreciate how much effort we put in that., ladies my age who are earning well are outsourcing these thankless cooking and cleaning job to maid and cook and enjoying life.
    7. Regret taking health for granted and not getting tests and investigations done when problem was minor...after small health issue became major I’ve suffered a lot, tests, scans, injections, medicines, side effects etc..Due to pandemic , cannot go to hospital as and when I want for any doctor consultation or second opinion..
    8. Regret not being physically fit...when I had to manage chores without maid I became a big mess as I’m not in good shape.
    9. I realise the value of my maid helpers who worked for me..it’s not easy to do all this manual labour like sweeping and cleaning house and washing a load of utensils...I would have treated them more kindly if i had known..well I’ve never ill treated my domestic helps and always respected them, but I feel I could have been a little generous with my cash bonuses and gifts and little more kind if they had to take sick leave..one day I fall sick I’ll still be taunted for it doing chores..if maid takes a day off when u well I won’t feel irritated In future.
I feel sad for my previous maid who worked and did cleaning work during pregnancy till one month before her due date because she needed the money...

Sorry for boring you, friends..just a rant / vent..

Op you seem to be affected by the pandemic. Well everyone else is, but don't let this pandemic win the battle by succumbing to it.
Stay strong and be positive .
Keep trying that job . You'll get it soon..

It was really tough ..I gave birth to my baby girl after 10 years of marriage and the Pregnancy was tough without maids and other help which is otherwise freely available.
At one point at my 20 weeks scan the radiologist was stuck in some other city and i was so scared to go to a new one as my ttc journey has been full of confusions bcoz of different opinion of different doctors.:BangHead:. I hope things change soon .Everyone i know has been affected adversely by the pandemic irrespective of whether they contracted the infection or not.:crybaby2:
