    Hi Alyssum,
    How are you. Why no updates these days??

    I have been little inconsistent with my eating. But I did 2 mile walk everyday. This month I am planning to follow healthy food habit, daily exercise and positive mindset. Will post each day without fail.

    Continous workload..
    This week full busy.
    Everyday walk 20 mins
    Staircase (15steps) (up and down 10 to 15 times a day)

    Maintaining food control.
    Sure update without fail Asw.

    Walk - 2miles

    Today's vibe: Give yourself room for self-praise, You're the only one in a position to give yourself the credit you deserve.

    I have utilized my day focusing on myself more. :)
