Hi All, I have got spotting after stopping birth control pill. During the 3 days after first time i saw spotting nothing was there. I had taken head bath on 4th day and oil bath on 5th day. From 5th day spotting started, On 6th day bleeding is there. Today is 7th day, bleeding is there like periods. in our side, we dont go to kitchen first 3 days. Now what can i do? Can i go to kitchen and cook. Please advise.

The only thing women in my family have avoided is doing pooja or going to temple/religious activities/relatives homes. Other household works are done as usual.
Yes, some families don't cook first 3 days but most people do everything except pooja for first 3 days as in these times it is hard to stop cooking too.. But nowadays even though we're allowed to cook I don't feel like cooking due to heavy periods the first 3 days .
