I think this was asked b4, but lemme ask again. Are all yougarts the same, or do some yougarts have more live cultures than others. People who make Greek Yougart swear that yougart has most live cultures and hence, the best probiotic. Then I get a Google result of Brown Cow yougart. Why not White Cow or Purple Cow? I'm kinda confused. Help!!!!
Buy the yogurt you like. All these numbers don’t make much difference. I prefer Brown Cow because it is cream-top and I dislike the texture of Greek yogurt.
