For rich South India, the rest of the country is a tax burden

    Highlights from the news article

Tamil Nadu gets back 30 rupees for every 100 it sends to New Delhi; the northern state of Bihar, by contrast, receives 219

India’s interior has human development indicators equivalent to sub-Saharan Africa, while the southern states’ human development indices resemble those of upper-middle-income countries. In particular, women are more empowered in many coastal states.

When the states that give so much and get little back from the center don't hey have the right to dictate how the money given to other states are spent ? Look at the UP joker how he is spending the tax money

Despite Rs 600-Crore Budget, Cattle Deaths Cast Shadow Over UP Shelters

UP gets back Rs 149 for every Rs 100 it gives to the center. How long can the rich state be financing the fantasy of the leaders in the poor states ?

The poor supply the cannon fodder. Military is the only employment that offers Roti-Kapda-machan, as well as some job training. The poor among us go and stand where they are ordered to stand, and take on bullets for all the people in the nation. They are also often ordered to go and work in disaster relief operations. Carry sandbags, or dead corpses.
Recruitment in the armed forces has the following top 8 states. Other states come lower. TN and Kerala are close to the bottom.
    • Uttar Pradesh- 20.6%
    • Rajasthan- 7.9%
    • Punjab- 7.6%
    • Maharashtra- 7.3%
    • Bihar- 7.0%
    • West Bengal- 5.7%
    • Haryana- 5.1%
    • Andhra Pradesh- 4.9%

Then the money should be spent on military and not on building cow sheds

UP cow shelters get Rs 647 crore in Yogi government’s budget

The army chief’s decision to deploy soldiers to build railway over-bridges and clean up garbage reflects a desire to please his political masters, even if at the cost of the men he commands.

It's Time to Openly Talk About the Problems Faced by the Indian Armed Forces

^^^ Veteran's day conversation, check 14 min onwards in the video.
    Recruiting the poor is universal.
Political corruption is universal. Speaking out and calling for investigations is the way.

Corruption thrives on money the first step is to question where your tax money is going.
