    How difficult is it to get visitor visa for Canada..
    My mom wants to visit my brother who is having PR..for how much time one gets visitor visa.

    visitor visa should be very easy. If you apply with all documents, it should come in within the month. My dad applied in March and got it by the end of April. and they gave it for the length of the passport expiry or if it is a new passport, they give for 9 or 10 yrs.

    Like shravs3 said, check the processing timing now.

    Biometric is not being done these days..so it is being prolonged bcoz of that.
