There seems to be a really effective grandma way to increase oxygen level during outbreak of coronavirus pandemic. It's easily available at every household.

Camphor (Kapur) and Ajwain (Carom Seeds).

It keeps virus away and opens up the breath.

Keep each separately as a packet carry it even while traveling to places in high altitudes like
Badrinath or Kedarnath where senior citizens might experience breathlessness.

It gives instant relief and helps in breathing effectively.

In ancient India these two items were used handy whenever an infant suffers breathing difficulty. Just keep it near nostrils and inhale for instant relief. Mothers for their kids keep these packets handy.

:hello:Kalkandu by Thamizh Vananan As editor used to be a nuggets of information and very useful tidbits.

    • I happen to see him almost daily during Murphy school day’s summer vacation at Connemara library at Mount road chennai. He was a voracious reader collecting valuable information from mountains of books in the library piled up on desk in front of him. Manjari another tamil magazine too carried such useful home remedies. It was equipped to English readers’ digest.
