Yes it’s possible and many people have done it. Google “medical medium thyroid”

basically good lifestyle, good diet, no processed food, drink organic celery juice every morning empty stomach, avoid dairy, eggs, canola oil, junk food etc

Basically improve your lifestyle with good natural diet, yoga, better consistent sleep pattern, breathing exercises etc. eat whatever grows on trees and less processed or junk food. If you can’t find organic celery drink organic cucumber juice every morning on empty stomach. There is book by anothony Williams on thyroid healing. Check that in library. Good luck take care.

I can avoid processed foods. At this point I eat Ramen Noodles 1 to 2 times a month. I am bringing it down to 0 times a month.

    Junk food is a no-no.

But avoid eggs and dairy????? I eat egg alternate day and I drink 8 oz of milk and 1 cup of yougart. How else does one get Calcium and Protein?

By the way I eat non-veg.

And first thing in morning I have Water with Synthroid. Of course, purpose is to nix the Synthroid. It is so expensive and every year I have to fight with my insurance to bring the cost down. My Doctor (God Bless her, she is so busy with this COVID nonsense) has to get involved!

you can get calcium protein from green leafy vegetables, millet flour, oats, mushrooms etc. eat lots of fruits and veggies. If u eat non veg Organic chicken, wild Atlantic salmon is fine. All beans has protein too. Have diversity in your food. Try to replace wheat flour with millet flour and oats. Include in your diet Lot of leafy greens, broccoli, bell peppers, asparagus, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower rice or curry, coriander, blueberries, all berries, salads etc. take good sleep. There are some yoga for thyroid, try that.

Check out the cash price on GoodRx and also ask your pharmacy. If you can’t get the cheaper price through insurance you might be able to get a better deal with self-pay.
