I have white hairs here and there but no so much that I have to apply dye all over.I used to go to the salon for hair care but now being at home..I don’t know where to start.

Which is the best dye and organic? Also,if white hair is here and there what should I choose and how to apply?

For few white hair here and there, it is better to take the help of another person to avoid pulling one's hair : ) and looking at the mirror turning the head in odd angles. I tried to apply it myself once and ended up with some on the scalp.

I used to apply only to the first 4-5 inches of the white hair as mostly wore hair in a ponytail. The dyes I tried are the "root hair touch up" or "comb in" type.

    https://www.amazon.com/Just-Men-AutoStop-Color-Black/dp/B006ZR8VS0/

I like the Just-for-Men for its ease of dispensing, application and easy availability in my bathroom. : ) Though, I just compared prices of the above two, and looks like Clairol has more in each tube for about the same price. I don't like the special nozzle type of dispenser thingies.

There must be organic versions also available.

May be you can just apply henna, it is harmless but time consuming. There are lots of tutorials on YouTube. I too was looking for a similar solution and found this
Homemade Natural Root Concealer Stick May be we can give this a try.
I heard eating nellikai in any form, karisalankanni thuvaiyal and karuppu ellu are anti-aging foods and good for slowing down the greying process.

also what is the difference between root touch up VS hair dye?
Since i dont have too much white hair, what should I opt for?

also henna covers grey but it also turns hair brown?

I first apply henna on my hair for about 3 hours - this turns my greys to a bright orange tinge. A day or few days later I apply indigo for an hour. Indigo is a dark green powder from the indigo plant. This turns all the orange into a jet black. I have been using this method for about 4 years now and I have been able to complete avoid chemical-hair dyes completely (which I used quite a bit of in my 20s). I buy Henna from the Indian store *IF* I find one that lists no other ingredient and makes no color guarantees. Anything that says burgundy, black henna, amla for strength, etc - will have some additives to get the desired color. Indigo I usually buy from Amazon based on reviews.

As the first thing in the morning mix 1 teaspoon of amla ( nellikai) powder in a glass of warm water, you can add a teaspoon of honey to bear the astringent taste and drink it. It has versatile benefits not only for the hair , it improves your immunity and digestive system also. Amla reduces the blood sugar level and has abundant C vitamin and iron also. Hope it will work for you.
