I follow online instructions to handwash clothes but soap still gets stuck. I even purchased https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005FD7Z82/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 but that is so hard to use. Ladies and Gents, how do you handwash clothes in a small bathroom sink. How do you get soap out everytime. I swear all these YouTUBE videos have funny music where person says "Subscribe".
Handwash is bit hard in american bathrooms but I do. You have to step into tub or in sink. Rinse it many many times to get rid of soap. I use soap bar mostly but liquid also sometimes for handwashing. Other habit I have is of soak because I can not wash things right way just out of busy-ness with kids. So I just put it in water or soap water and tackle it later when i have time.
I did not understand. Why or what is hard in washing clothes with hand other than getting into bathroom, steps are same, no? Do you want to wash all clothes/whole laundary in bathroom tub? I just wash couple, like kitchen towel or soap or undergarments etc. or indian cotton clothes may be. For all, it is much harder so try not to pile up. At one point, when i had moved to US, and laundary rooms where common for apartment, to avoid trip, i used to wash a lot by hand and that means was more often. If you do have access to washing machine, wash everyday or wash less so you do not pile. Soak in liquid soap and then scrub and rinse..put on dry. lot of physical effort and water :-(
I will give stepwise guidance which hopefully will help you 1.Take half bucket of water. 2. Put very little tide or any other washing powder in it. If powder is more, it will take more time, energy and water to remove stickiness from clothes. 3. Dissolve the washing powder in water completely using your hand. 4. Apply little clothes soap or wet powder to inside collar and cuffs area. 4. Rub with brush nicely 5. Then soak these clothes in the bucket with soap water in step 3 6. Let them soak for half an hour, meanwhile finish your other work 7. Now just using both hands rub each shirt or other cloth thoroughly under running water and pile them ib a other bucket with fresh water. 8. Rinse each of them 2 or 3 times 9. Squeeze and dry
makes sense then. 2 options - wash often and regularly. Anyways in US, most clothes don't get dirty. Collect some of laundary like sheets etc, some garmets - some hard and tough washing for laundromat and some light clothes for hand like summer tops
