    hi ,
You can try walking. Walking is good exercise to keep body fit. When you can’t do floor exercise, you can try some arm exercise, hip bedding when u walk. Just do warm up with hand swing, head rotation, hip rotation. Walk slowly for 15-30 minutes daily. Also do some cool down exercise like breathing exercise. Once u reach home.

    For diet,
If u can ,you follow paleo diet. Just lots of veggies with less carb. Daily afternoon two veggies with less rice. Dinner eat before 7.30 pm. No food after 7 pm. Drink warm milk or water if u hungry after 7 pm. Morning start the day with warm water and drink it throughout the day. Chew the food slowly and eat slowly so u feel full fast and won’t eat more. If u take nap in afternoon. Eat early lunch say at 12 and sleep at 2.30 pm. Drink warm water after lunch. Also after dinner. Hope it helps.

:hello:There are numerous styles of walking.

    2. Depending upon the age and weight ( obesity) people consciously or unconsciously walk in aparticular manner throwing the centre of gravity of the body moving in an arc. Even some I notice, walk with slippers or shoes - the bottom of which worn unevenly causing pain in calf muscles after their walk .

    3. Is there a specific method of walking prescribedto suit a person factoring in his or her obese and age plus other diseases like diabetic or and BP OR other cardiac problems.

    4. In thesaurus one finds numerous synonyms for walk each describing different style of walk.

    5. Should one for walk, choose- jaunt or steps or stride or stroll or amble or gait or trot or saunter or long stride or tread or even schelepp.

    6. Sitting in a large park with spouse at dawn, I watch many walk adopting different styles. Some walk like soldiers stiffening their bodies and erect wearing special shoes. Few take long strides. Obese men and women amble with their arms close to body lest their centre of gravity shift outside their frame. One young couple bathed in sweat, walking backwards. Some were vigorously walking, loudly chatting & laughing with spouse both bathed in sweat wiping often gathered beads of sweat from each other’s eyebrows and forehead. Poor or rich, oldies of medium frame & weight - chose to stroll.

    Thanks and Regards.

GOD - Did you prescribe walking regimen for your associates on Earth?
