Hi, When I usually visit IL, the first thing I do is to scan for recent posts and spotted yours..Being a foodie, a serious one at that, could not resist the combo of Iyerviji & food, esp. stuffed dosa' and felt it was unfair of you to have posted a full blown picture of two delicacies.. It was agonising for me to see it first thing in the morning and drool...especially just when I was about to consume my morning brkfast of oats kanj....! Waiting for the recipe...
Thanks dear .Both the dishes I followed u tube. For dosa first I made onion potato masala baji with chilly and ginger added. First spread the batter and when it got cooked added the masala then on that only spread the batter and cooked For Rava cake also followed you tube. Took half glass rava , half glass sugar, one fourth milk little dahi and refined oil in a mixer and grinded and then took the mixture in a vessel. For 10 mins covered the vessel and kept Then later kept the vessel in a as shown in the photo for 25 mins in low gas. After that turned the vessel upside down in a plate Rava cake ready
