    Hi,
I got few veggies last week. I got only few and planning to preserve those for 2 or 3 weeks. I have never tried freezing veggies before. I watched many videos and tried freezing carrot, beans. I tried blanching method. I stored it in this Ziploc bag.

I don't have any specific Ziploc for freezers. Do we need to store it in the freezer Ziploc bags? I saw in one video to make masala paste with onions and tomatoes. I tried that and stored in the same ziplocs. Those masala paste are very easy to use while cooking.
anyone use any specific ziplocs for freezer, pls share the link.
And can we freeze raw onions? I tried storing cut onions in the freezer. I didn't use them yet. I am just trying it for first time.
What's tht better method to store tomatoes? Puree form or the whole tomato? Anyone tried it? Recommended method to store tomatoes and onions in the freezer?

You can use the regular Ziploc bags if you are going to use up the vegetables quickly . Try to press as much air as possible out of the bag before freezing. It will help reduce freezer burn.
You can chop and freeze onions but they might become watery when you thaw them. If you can fry and freeze them that will thaw well. Tomatoes are more forgiving since they are so watery anyway. You can freeze them any way. It will be more space efficient if the are diced or puréed first.

    Thank you so much.
Can we store tomato puree in the ziplocs? Haven't tried yet. Do we need to blanche the tomatoes before freezing?

Yes you can store in the ziplock. If you are going to use up the tomato in a week or two then no need to blanch.
