    Yes those are the correct hook-eye closures, though instead of using the metal eyes, for saree blouses they prefer to make the eyes using thread. Thread eyes create a much closer fit and are visually unobtrusive as compared to metal eyes. Search for thread chain eye to learn how to make them.
