Few weeks back I was having sore throat and mild cough. I freaked out so much. My mind was blank.
Called my mom and she suggested some home remedies. Along with that I luckily had NyQuil(Cough, Flu syrup)
Finally after some days there was huge relief.

I’m not saying you had anything other than a simple cold/flu but COVID-19 manifests mildly in the vast majority of people.

Yes apart from that I had no fever or any such issues.
On that day I cleaned my car as it had lots of dust and there was too much pollen. That night I had this issue. Also remember having thick yogurt for dinner. I suspect it could be that as well.
Many times I did observe whenever I eat raita or yogurt for dinner , the next day I feel theres mild sore throat.

:hello:Generally it is safe to avoid curd and curd based items in the night. To feel light and fresh if you eat early dinner followed by drinking or sipping a glass of lukewarm water would take care of symptoms that you had mentioned. Another trick is chew two or three pepper with or without jaggery too could help.
    Take care.
    Thanks and Regards.

I have been hearing about this one routine that would change if you are infected with this corona virus: A loss of smell.

This might help people who might feel feverish, head-ache'y etc.. from getting scared about corona virus. They can open their bottle of garam masala, cardamom or cloves and test if they can smell a very familiar thing.

    The following excerpted from Link
The American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery, meanwhile, has proposed that loss of smell or taste be added to the list of symptoms that doctors use to screen patients for possible COVID-19 infection.

ENT UK – the professional membership organization for ear, nose, and throat specialists in the United Kingdom – reports that more than two-thirds of confirmed coronavirus patients in Germany have experienced a loss of smell. In South Korea, where officials have conducted widespread testing to catch mild and asymptomatic cases of COVID-19, 30% of patients who tested positive for the virus had loss of smell as their primary symptom.

Physicians in the U.S. and the U.K. are now observing these symptoms in their own practices, too. According to Hopkins: "I have personally seen four patients this week, all under 40, and otherwise asymptomatic except for the recent [loss of the sense of smell] – I usually see roughly no more than one a month. Unfortunately, these patients do not meet current criteria for testing or self-isolation."
