Day of Women’s with PhD & college education

Things with women in general and those with higher education changing for better. One would be delighted and bewildered as well to know what is happening in In COIMBATORE .

For conservancy jobs in city corporations, only SC Category opted for it . Most of the job seekers in conservancy department of metro corporations are either illiterates or semi literates of this community. Now with different perspectives, women of non SC too compete for this conservancy job. The reasons are not far to seek. Here is the report.

Besides, Pensionable plus more quality time to spend with family members.

When white collar- blue collar differentiation has no intangible benefits in the society, people will migrate to a job that pays well (hourly wage+benefits) and not bother with the whatever that doesn't matter.

If a Ph.D. microbiologist can sweep streets, go back to her children in proper time, and get paid better than academia or private hospitals, street-sweeping is where s/he should go. Good outdoor work, exercise for the muscles (arms, and abdominal), and freedom to have a deep-think while the broom goes into a set rhythm. Or... listen to whatever s/he likes on the mp3 player. They should wear a particle mask.... even in the cartoons.
