    Do us a favor, dear. Nominate him/this thread's firstpost => for this month's Finest Post.

    Two members wrote thread starters saying that they aren't too keen to recognize the women of the world on the day set aside for the women of the world. And here is Thyagarajan going "mee...mee...mee... mee... say something about mee....". This is like a child in elementary school with his hand up in the last row, and pumping his hand right off his shoulder joint, because he knows the answer to something the teacher had asked.

    This OP is a very interesting summary of this forum, and all the shenanigans that happen over here. Sort of like a testimonial, especially because it is coming from someone whose gender is explicitly not included in the Banner of this forum. A very good expression of an outsider's joy of being lost.... and eking out a like-count joy. We should concede that his like-count is a lot more valuable, because it is like a (soccer) win in the opponent's home turf. Worth a lot more than the like-count that I have, or you have.

    Go on & nominate. And by the way, what is your study schedule ;)? And how do you do it -- past years' questions, guides, internet-things ... how?

    That is exactly the opposite of what I said. I responded these celebrations are important to encourage a positive attitude but if it doesn't achieve it, there is no point in having those celebrations, meaning these celebrations should change the minds of people.

    I agree with your statements. Women and men may come & go. But we should go on forever bouquets or brick bats.

    But I think I was in exhuberance when the name banner indicated the mark 5k likes and that propelled to make a post of that off beat emotion.
