How do you store mushrooms in fridge? I buy from Costco, and I don’t use everything in one go and end up wasting it.
Brown paper bag is supposed to keep it from turning slimy. I use good old cotton cloth/pouch. I put it in tie a not and store , l I have used it up within 7-8 days and has kept good. Dont know for longer periods

They last for a week or more. I have also cooked them and then frozen them down . The cooked ones froze well. you can freeze fresh ones, haven’t tried it https://www.hgtv.com/outdoors/gardens/garden-to-table/can-you-freeze-mushrooms
I find sometimes leaving in the store package itself still ruins the mushrooms. And also I don’t use everything at once. I make only all mushroom recipes for two days
