    Interesting, and intriguing.
I never gave all these much thought till I read your article.

Truly amazing and mysterious how our brains work. So much more to learn, and understand, and come to terms with.
Though the scenario is a sad one during the final hours of a person's life, there was something about all this that made me humble.

    Dear Kamala,

So happy to see your response. I remember the teachings back in India is to think holy names as a habit regularly so that when it is time to leave, we will end up thinking holy names even if we don't say it.

I wonder whether the people who are leaving are directly speaking out of their consciousness instead of their mind and therefore, they may be conveying some invaluable insight into the process of death and after life.

Like what I said above to Soka, if he says, "See me after class" he may mean, "Meet me when you are done with your life" and when I say, "Is there life after delivery?", I may mean I am getting ready to start a new life. Who knows? We may speak in the language we speak normally but it may mean something different.

    Dear V sir,

I will think of this as a coincidence - just this morning I received this forward

And a google search gave me this blog post as well - http://blog.projectfuel.in/2016/05/15/12-life-lessons-from-a-man-who-has-seen-12000-deaths/

It may not be directly related to what you are saying, but the video allowed me to pause and read your snippet! The only thing I do try to work hard is to not have bitterness towards anyone and make up with as many people I can right or wronged, either ways!

    Dear Sabitha,

Thank you for sharing the video and the link to the article. I will certainly read it leisurely. In fact, I am overwhelmed by the quality of responses received for this thread which have really enriched this thread more than OP. @Rihana's amazing write ups every 2 years, @sokanasanah quick comment and further indulgence, @Amica's thoughtful response, @Greenbay's experience sharing, @shravs3's and @kkrish's honest responses, etc. are invaluable.

    Am I a sheep.

Might go watch Tom Hanks ask that.
