    Hi,
Did anyone try Vitamin E oil for hair and skin before? Please suggest some good brands. Also, did you see any improvement in your hair and skin after using it.
I have severe hairfall issue and lost so much hair. Been to many doctors, dermatologists. Nothing helped much. Still losing a bunch of hair everyday. Heard from my friend that vitamin E oil helps to reduce hairfall. So, I am planning to try that. Did anyone try before?

I was having the same problem few months ago. I found a suggestion on "indusladies", to mix equal amount of castor oil and Iodine and apply to your scalp. Leave it overnight, repeat every 2 or 3 days. I bought a thick plastic shower cap. This works.
I also started taking Biotin supplement everyday.

I will surely try this. Where did you get the iodine?

Sooperb today I spent entire day in spending oils that prevent hairfall

I'm confused.. but I found a video that impressed me.. Most websites suggested that jojoba, macaadamia oil, etc..

So in that video equal proportion of almond oil, avacado oil, castor oil, grapeseed oil, macadamia oil.
I'm planning to try.. fingers crossed

I started taking biotin supplements last year but my periods got delayed. I read somewhere tat Iodine could be the reason. Not sure if exactly this was the reason
Did you face any such issue?

I recently purchased Nexxus shampoo and conditioner from Costco after seeing great reviews.
But after using for just 3 times, I felt hairfall increased even more :openmouth:
    I stopped using it now.
I feel best way is to use homemade shampoo using organic Shikakai, Amla and Reeta powders. Atleast they are natural without any harmful chemicals.
I’m also very much stressed due to this hairfall issue.

@gknew I read tat Vitamin E is very good for skin and hair. But never tried it.

Have you tried any other remedies like applying onion juice, fenugreek pack etc
