    On and Off Excercise for past 2 weeks.
    started making lifestyle changes like walking instead of driving. climbing stairs instead of elevators

    Thanks PurpleRoses and Itsmylife143 for taking time to address my concern.... i love you both of you for motivating and supporting me...
    Two time meal and 5 -6 small meals both are way of eating pattern... Both I have tried and i found both equally good but it all depends upon body type and individual. I have low BP issues so sometimes i have to take additional meal for getting myself raise my BP.

    I have read about insulin spike after eating. Dear my metabolism get very much reduced once I came out of Keto and for me to getting it back. My thinking goes with small meals will help me to build back my metabolism and in long term it may be i switched to three meals a day concept

    22 to 25 followed diet, workout and water intake. Average steps 10000 per day and 10 stairs.
    26-27th: I kept it as cheat days to break my routine and increase my metabolism...no calorie counting but only portion control.
    28th: Back on my 1200 cal diet, walk and avoided roti, bread and rice full day... only fruit, legumes, eggs, vegetables, water intake, but had twohalf cup sugar tea, soup and salad at night ...

    29th:Early morning weight 78.2 Kg
    Tea with sugar stopped from today, Had big mango in breakfast, rajma and daliya upma in lunch, moong dal dosa in dinner with curd... Snacks will be jamun, buttermilk and channa.

    My focus in this week: Avoid sugar intake (Tea), Only one grain in whole day once in a day...Let see any change will happen in terms of weight

    This is an extremely good idea. I have noticed weight reduction when I stopped taking grains and tea (during ekadasi fast) Just fruits and boiled vegetables made me feel lighter.

    Came across this article today:

    Having a long interval between dinner and breakfast seems to help weightloss. So planning to take dinner by 7 pm from today onwards

    30th June:Early morning weight 77.5Kg
    No Tea with sugar
    EM: One glass warm water, one banana (100Cal)
    exercise 30 minute walk at home video
    BF: Moong dal vegetable cheela with green chutney (250-300 Cal)
    1 Snack: Black Coffee
    L: Chana Sabzi (200 Cal) and Cucumber & Tomato salad (60 cal)
    2 Snack: Black Coffee
    D: Birthday Party ( Lets try to have portion control)--- Will I compensate it tomorrow with high protein and fiber diet???? (500cal)
    Overall in Three Months: I lost 5 kg weight and got stuck for more than a month on 78-79Kg weight but not gave up and stick with my lifestyle changes. Has noticeable changes in energy and inch loss.

    What I learn in three months: Patience, Willingness, Support, healthy eating, any activity even for a minute adds to overall day workout and it bring change.... Loosing weight is not that tough

    My goal this week 77 kg: Avoid sugar intake (Tea), Only one grain in whole day once in a day, 30 minutes any aerobic activity

    30th June Dinner: Only one veg zinger burger not full eaten and two small bite of cake...calorie (300-400 Cal).. Great

    31st June : Morning weight: 77.8 Kg
    EM: Garlic, ginger and tulsi green tea (0 Cal)
    BF: Mango (120 Cal) and two eggs white (70cal)
    Snacks: Black Coffee and Office get together ( again try to eat wisely and skip at-least drinks) (300 cal)
    L: White Lobia Curry (1 Katori) (200 Cal) & Daliya veg upma (200 Cal) ( If not eaten any grain in Office party)
    Snacks 2: Black coffee
    Dinner: Palak Panner (70Gm) (200 cal) and raw papaya salad (100 Cal)

    My dear friends... please guide me if i am doing some error in my daily diet planning...

    1st Aug : Morning weight: 78.2 Kg
    Followed complete diet as planned but getting weakness and no energy. Also body pain. Slept around 8 pm and no energy for next day workout...
    EM: Warm water
    Morning sugar tea ( No energy and find it difficult without it)
    BF: Fruits
    Early Lunch: Barley veg upma
    Lunch2: Daal 2 bowl
    Snacks: tea, bhel, Badam and walnut
    Dinner: Panner frankie at home


    Plan for the day: Morning: Fruits (5am to 12 noon),Afternoon(Protein, Carbs), Dinner ( Veg)
    2nd Aug: Morning weight: 78.2 Kg
    EM: 2 Glass lemon luke warm water
    BF: Carrot+Apple+Anar Juice, Chia Seed+ Kismis+Anjeer Detox Drink 1 liter + 3 Egg White
    Snacks: Fruits: Papaya, Apple
    L: Barley veg Upma and raita
    Snacks: Pears
    Dinner: Tinda Sabzi

    My scale loves 78Kg but I hate it... Trying all but the scale doesn't shift to 77-76.

    @hope26 : how are you feeling today.
    I tried only fruits and vegetable diet yesterday. Felt very hungry and tired.

    So back to usual diet -
    BF - Idly / Dosa / Chappati + Apple (@ 9.30)
    Lunch - Any Dish with Millet / Chappati / fruit-veg salad + Butter milk / Veg Soup (@12.30)
    Dinner - Any steam cooked food (@7.30)

    I have started trying out plank excercise. I was able to hold for just 20 seconds but sweated a lot and heart was beating fast.

    Anyone else trying plank?

    I also felt same with no grains... but today experimented ( Fruit upto noon, Carbs and Protein for lunch and Vegetables & soups for dinner)
    Don't you feel hungry? I feel hungry with 3 meals...
    I also do each plank count upto 50 max 2-3
