    I'm also in same boat...to conceive but overall I want to loose weight for my own health.

    Welcome Dear.... Your doctor has given you right advise.... please start using to monitor your daily food intake through any app ( i am using healthifyme) and buy a kitchen scale and measure the portion size then eat, you will definitely loose weight and inches along with brisk walk....

    I remember when i were facing fertility issue, an Ayurvedic practitioner had advised me doing wiping out floors in our own home only in one room daily will reconditioned your ovary for conception. Might it was helped me to get conceived....I tried and got results...please take it as suggestion as i were also struggling to get conceived for more than two years & consulted best of best Gynes of Delhi & Noida stating only option is IVF but finally blessed with natural conception with Ayurvedic treatment within two month. Now, my son is 4 years old....

    Thank you hope26... mine is a siddha doctor in chennai ..who doesnt prescribe you more tests or medicines but insists on walkings and minor changes in food habits.... ( strictly no maida , chicken and white sugar ) seeing a betterment in my health ... hoping for the best to happen ....

    Daily weight loss will not happen if it happens its not a good process. Try Intermittent Fasting, 16:8 Best to break the plateau!!

    18th July: Followed 1200 Cal diet, include coconut oil, started night walk too... Overall perfect in terms of food, water intake and workout...

    When you are on Plateau you will have inch loss, breaking a plateau with the help a cheat day or Extended fasting or changing the food increase the protein and low the carbs.

    19,20and21 followed diet, workout and water intake. Average steps 15000 per day and 10stairs still weight no change

    21st Had increase workout but only gaining weight 79 Kg. Inch loss is also not much visible...
