    Hello girls I am back...
    Diet is OK...had about 1200 cal
    Walk 10k steps
    Water less than 1lit
    My Dr strictly asked me to drink more water but i keep forgetting..
    Welcome new entrants... lets achieve it together..

    13th July update
    6k steps but about 4 km walk at good pace
    1.25 lit water
    Food ok within limit...some nachos from kids left over..

    @PurpleRoses : I am working with a kid. I try to get atleast 10 mins of excercise time . I have made some lifestyle changes like walking instead of driving whenever I can and including more veggies.

    My trouble area is weekend. During weekend I skip plan. Working on following routine everyday..What is yours?

    Today : Morning walk - 5 mins. Included Apple and pears for breakfast.

    12July: As per diet around 1100 calories and water intake is ok and walking
    13July: Had get together at lunch with my friends, i ate wisely and portion control
    14th July: Evening meal was family get together again try to include paneer tikka and egg rolls with portion control
    15th July: Back on track....only healthy homemade food

    Water intake is ok but excercise and walk was missing. I need to work on weekends also.

    I too have weekend issue but will try slowly to control it with our lifestyle change

    16th July: No weight change but started 30 minutes workout...Diet and water 100% followed. Constipation issue.No Cheat.
    17th July: No weight change, workout, diet planned 1100 cal. How to cross weight plateau.

    Thanks a lot.

    You need to up your water intake to minimum 3 to 4 litres per day. If drinking plain water is difficult, try to make flavoured water. I usually put sliced lemons and some mint leaves in a mason jar of 500ml n drink this. Apart from regular water.

    If you are following same diet, try to change it.
    If you are doing same workout, change it too.

    For plateau, it is important to shock the body with changes then only you will start loosing.

    Do weights....it helps a lot in losing weight.

    If you dont dont dumbells at home, hold a 1litre water bottle in each hand and do it. Slowly increase to use 2, 4, 5kg.

    Do box jumps, skipping, running, etc.


    My update - weight reduced by 1kg. At 97kg now.

    Hi all ...
    New here... im 27 cornered to loose weight at any cost .... planning for a baby...
    Currently weighing 79... wanna loose atleast 10 kgs... doctor's advise is to go for an mandatory brisk walk for half an hr a day ....

    Lets doo this together ..
