Weightloss Journey 13th June 2019

    Water 1.25 liter
    Walking 7800 steps 5.8 km
    Weight will check on Sat.
    Didnt get periods since March...is menopause close?
    I hope my logs dont interrupt you. If it does, let me know, I shall create another thread.

    Diet cheat had samosa but then had one spoon rice only in dinner
    Water 1.5 lit...including chhachh, rasna i know i need to work on
    Walk 4000 steps

    You are most welcome.... All those who willing to change lifestyle not running behind scales are most welcome...

    Small Tips.... Buy food weighing scale from amazon less than 300 rupees... It will teach you the real reason behind your weight gain...I bought it recently thats why i come to this biggest wisdom... Please do it...You will definitely thanks me in long term

    26/6/2019: 79.5 Kg (Morning weight)
    Maintaining diet calories@ 1100-1200 per day
    No Cheat on 25th June but had Khichdi at dinner ( I thought as the healiest food on earth!! but come to my conclusion i gain kilos in morning.... I will try once again in night and if same story...No Khichdi at night)
    10 glass water
    ACV with lemon early morning.
    No workout... 7000 steps...Enjoyed my Birthday... Had buffet meal at my favorite place...but portion control and mindful eating rocks...

    on 27th June, I weighed 78.6 Kg
    No Cheat... Happy to stick with my goals.... Periods started....Cramps and rest....

    on 28th June, I weighed same 78.6 Kg

    But I noticed, though scales not changing much but me & other noticing changes in my body....I am on right track...

    Summary of 15 Days:
    Water intake good, very active, very positive, less bloated, above all appetite control & learn portion control, no sugar cravings..... I am changing for my best....Only reason for weighloss is to avoid Knee surgery in Future...hehehe

    Water 1.lit only
    Steps 12k (divided in 3 parts over a day) approx 8.65 km...yay
    Surprisingly feeling more energetic

    29 & 30 June 2019:
    Maintain 1200 diet but little junk food creep in.
    Weight Stuck at 78.6 Kg
    Water intake ok.... Walking ok.... No workout....

    Loosing motivation as scales are not changing from last so many days... but this time i will not give up... Lets see who wins me or my weight...

    You will win dear!! May be, some days close to our periods due, we gain...about 2kg retention...but sure one day we will reach our destination!!
