Ah! So it was planned, eh?
I concede that I loved your analogy, and immediately understood.
Looking back I did give a feedback on that piece alone, didn't I?

    Thank you @shravs3
This beats all other gifts, and is the highest honor for me! :worship2:

Yesterday I was in a black hole (a.k.a. meeting) all day long discussing if we should have meetings! Bleh!
I was mentally exhausted and driving home with mouthwatering thoughts of that hot cup of tea and some quick kuzhipaniyaram, when my friend called and gave me the news.

Here is an old Tamil song from Sivaji Ganesan and Savithri for the Tamil knowing:

    This is a Farewell song.
    These are the lyrics:

    2. Friend in need is a friend indeed. I have and still have few friends like that. Group photos framed and hung for few decades . My Engineering class mates still in photo in drawing hall. Friend of mine present unannounced was thrilled that he could remember names all of his class mates 26 to be precise in the photo and delighted that I I preserve for so long!
    3. Hats off to OP & you & all others who had responded thoughtfully of their spring time.

    Thanks and Regards.

God grants Godspeed in acquiring longlast congenial true pals.

    2. I enjoyed ever word of this Chinese testament and at each line I closed my eyes and spent a thoughtful delighted moment to help grasping it.
    3. There is no bar one being Chinese or otherwise. It is applicable with equal force to all humans.
    4. But in the contrarian world , things most of the times goes on only on quid pro quo BASIS. But that is perhaps Lord’s wish.
    5. Krishna helped his friends with lie with deceit but it is and it was ok for larger good! Some friends seldom do help that way.

    Awesome feedback, dear Afresh, thanks.

Sensitive people suffer the loss of friendships more than others. We, women, tend to focus on smaller issues missing the bigger picture. Here I admire the way men treat their friends. They maintain a general bonhomie even after years of separation.

What you say is absolutely true; nothing happens without a purpose in this universe. We must minimise our attachments too, lekin kya karein, Dil hain ki maanta nahin! Jab unke aur unn dinon ke yaad aati hain mann bahut vichalit ho jata hain. I guess it is easier to move on when there is a definitive closure.

Thank you, Jayasala mam, for this wise feedback.
Yes, Karma theory applies to all friendships/relationships and I have mentioned this, though the focus here is more on friendships.
    Awesome spirit and wisdom.

I wrote the story Soliloquy on similar thoughts. I would love to have your feedback on this story.

Thanks once again for your words of wisdom.
