    Last week I missed few days workout. But I continued my diet.

    Monday onwards I am back to track.

    Today LBT for 30 minutes
    7802 steps
    1000 ml water ( I need to work on this!!:grimacing:)
    Healthy breakfast
    Fruits lunch
    Ate fruits as snacks
    Sprouted green gram+ carrot Salad for dinner.

    Felt good. :cheer:

    Sorry, for the late updates as I haven't been well for some time. though I am trying t stay on track and diet but unable to do yoga and strength training due to lung congestion. Will get back once I resolve this health problem.

    Hi girls how's your Weight loss journey?

    Mine is going on the the correct route. Sticking to the diet and exercise.

    In between missed few days which led to '.50' weight gain. It was a warning and back to track with more seriousness and today I could see the result !:blush:

    Did bootcamp.
    Sticking to diet.
    No cheating food :grin:
    Making sure to drink enough water.:sweatsmile:
