SILENTLY BE RICH AND GET ENRICHED

• Don’t buy liabilities(Car, Loans and other living expenditure), buy an asset(stocks, the business which gives regular returns without your presence) instead.
• Don’t try to look rich, be rich. (It’s okay if nobody is ready to marry you just because you don’t have a car.
• Do the job, but mind your own business(anything that you can do, any investment, music scripts, patents… which can be your other source of income without needing your presence)
• Don’t work for money let the money works for you. you can work for limited hours but if you invest your money wisely it will work for you for 24 hours.
• Don’t buy a home on loan until it is the only option you have. work for years, build assets and then buy a home from the money(returns) earned from that asset. If you buy the home on loan your life will get stuck in a rat race.
• Don’t compromise on your health to earn money. That is the most foolish task one can ever do in his/her life.

I almost did exactly the same as mentioned in the book excerpt bulletted in my post. I am not poor and never encountered situations burdened with loan repayments. Never worried about ways to richness. Simple living and high thinking - I suppose is sufficient and would eventually lead one to physical and financial robustness.
