Generally, the progeny has to be seen from the 5th house of both male and female; however in the case of female the 9th house has also to be considered. In addition to this the 5th house from the puthrahara Jupiter has also to be considered. Affliction to the 5th or 9th house or their lords or puthrahara Jupiter may cause problems in progeny.

While considering from your Lagna (Libra), the 5th house is aspected by Ketu, who has been afflicted by Mars and the Puthrahara Jupiter is aspected by Saturn and Mars and the 9th house is aspected by Ketu, who is afflcted by Mars.

While considering from your husband chart Lagna (Capricorn), the 5th house is occupied by the 7th lord Moon and aspected by Ketu and also the Sun,being the 8th lord. Also, in his chart, the puthrahara Jupiter is in conjunction with SAturn and aspected by Ketu. IN addition, the Sun the natural 5th lord, while counted from Kalapurusha, Aries (Mesham) and the Sun has been afflcited by SAturn and also Rahu, which causes Pithru dosha, caused by the ancestors. There may be some unfulfilled desires of ancestors or there may be some curse caused to the ancestors, due to their sons.

Thus, in both the charts, the 5th house is aspected by Ketu and also the Puthrahara Jupiter is afflicted by the natural malefics. This is may be only the main reasons for the said problem in progeny.

I understand that you have already done necessary remedial measures. However, I would suggest you that both of you may please try to make a visit to Sri Ranganathar Swamy temple in Sri Rangam and pray the deity Santhana Gopalan deity within the temple premises, by performing the archana for progeny.

2) Please ascertain the Family Deity (Kula Devata) from your parents and his family deity from his parents and try to make a visit to the temple and pray for progeny, by offering liberally to the temple priest. On return, never go to any places, including any other religious places and straightway go to your home.

3) In order to get relief from Pithru dosha, please try to make rice balls, by mixing cooked rice and ghee on every Saturday and your husband may feed these rice balls to crows and or fish

4) Unconditional services to his parents, old-aged needy persons, sweepers and poor people are also recommended. He should not try to get angry in this life and try not engage in any kind of quarrels in his lifetime.

5) He may perform Kanya Daan, preferably to any poor Brahmin girl, by the possible assistance, preferably he may try to offer the Mangalyam to the girl

The time for the present, as per both the charts is not much supportive. Hence, you may try for from Sept 2019. However, if there is blessings of the Almighty, there may be chances to get conceived at any time.
