Thank you so much Sravani. I do appreciate any inputs. After my first delivery, I was able to bounce back with lazy keto. But after the second delivery, I can see I am unable to make things go back. If we really think about it, 20 lb is not a lot. I should be able to do it.. do you also track the calorie intake?

i will keep in mind the protien packed breakfast. I think because i am keeping it light, i dont feel too good and within an hour, i am hungry again. Do you take a break from keto? I maynot be able to do it for 7 days a week, 5 days can be pulled off.
I have to cut down on wine as well; right now its about 4-6 glasses a week (weekends mostly). maybe cutting it down to 2-4 will help too. Thats my only indulgence though and i am reluctant lol

I hear You about getting fit after second pregnancy, its taking lot more effort than the first time!!! Yes Rakhii, I track my calories using "carb manager" app, its makes easy for me to stay on track..

Yes good BF keeps our day clean, if I skip BPC, i go for Omlette/cream cheese pancakes/keto bread toast/chia pudding (i make the prep before night and will be set to whip in the morning rush). We did strict 45 day keto, now slightly lazy one (5 days : 2 days cheat with portion control) . We do take our drinks and compensate them with food intake :D

I use to have my dinner very late(before 10) and heavy often (Not rice), I will start my lunch directly at 2PM sharp with chapathis and sabzis, wheat pasta with loads of veggies, or handful of rice with dal and same amount of curry.

Saturday and sunday - cheat days with limited portion(will calculate calories on my mind)
Tea once in a day(Avoid milk but i will have paneer in my food)
if we are eating out , will prefer sizzlers with veggies and Chicken
If i am hungry in the morning , will have an egg or any snacks (will eat with the spoon to measure my portion)

I havent followed striclty or throuhg any app for calorie count or any thing related to protein carb etc.. just avoided carb wth lots and lots of prefered veggies

stopped eating grapes, mangoes and jackfruit during that time.

Start eating delicious food with limited portions without any restrictions, you will start to see the diffence within a week.

anydoubt ask me , will reply you guys

And avoided sugary items as much as you can.

    From 64 to 50Kg

@Princess23 , you mean you dont eat anything until 2 PM everyday? I didnt quite catch you there.
Yes, i am consciously limiting carbs now. Even the coffee, I shifted to black coffee. I am adding a tsp of coconut oil for healthy fat. I hope to go on till 16th hour today (I had my last meal at 6:15 PM); lets see. I have 2 more hours to go and i am not very hungry.

Portion control with delicious meals isnt working anymore hun. With my first pregnancy, I was successful just by portion control. But after second, same technique is not working; I have tried. I need a streamlined and controlled approach now. thats why I started with IF

You did great for 45 days! Thats really nice. I will have to scout for recipes now; if its veg, its even better. I am trying to cut down on meat for a lot of reasons (hubby's gout being the most imp one).
yesterday was a good day; I started well and finished well.

Today will be a better day. I can already tell :)

If you had saved your meal plan for the keto somewhere, i would greatly appreciate if you can share.

We tend to repeat some days for two reasons

    1) Easy to meal prep
    2) you already measured and calculated the macros so It will be easy to just have it without much worry (one more thumbrule in keto)

    Hope this helps
