    Nice challenges BBD.

Adding some more Low carb high protein veg options:
    - Paneer (grilled/sauteed/curry)
    - Tofu (scrambled/shallow fried/grilled/curry)
    - Plain greek yogurt with any seasonal friut (chobani whole milk greek yogurt has only 5gms sugar in one serving)
    - Edamame (very high in protein)
    - Any Lentils (but they do high in carbs so better to take in limited quantity)
    - Peanut butter (can be taken with apple or banana as mini snack YUMM)
    - Almonds
    - Chia Seeds (great option for Breakfast as pudding)
    - Oatmeal (again best taken in breakfast or replace rice in lunch)
    - Spinach (great plant based option, very low carb and good source of protein)
    - Avacado ( Medium protein and good fats which keep us full for long time)

@Princess23 thank you for sharing your success story, I would be so greatful if you can share with me your meal plans. I just started Intermittent Fasting after hearing so many good things about it.
Basically doing doing 14:10 right now and by tomorrow I aim for 16:8.

I finish dinner by 7 PM, so my window opens at 11 AM the following day. I am going to have to drink black coffee. Its throwing my day completely off if I dont drink it; but black though. Plenty of water.

I could use for tips on the high fat foods that helped you. I am including Avocados, eggs, lentils, veggies, fruits while being careful with carbs (like, if I eat noodles/ rice, I intend to portion control). Would love your tips.

I have 15 pounds to lose to be in the ideal BMI (higher end though).

@Rakhii I am not doing defined IF,But I do finish my dinner at 6pm and not taking anything till 8 am in the morning, I start my dad with BPC as we are doing Keto, the fat in my coffee keeps me full until noon (lunch time). And if you are doing low carb, avoid lentils and legumes though they tend to be protein packed, they do have lots of carbs, so better to avoid them for few weeks and track your results. Make your first meal be fat and protein rich - you can include lots of cheese, spinach, eggs, mayo, heavy cream and all. And also limit your fruits to only Berries as they are low in carbs. Me and my DH are doing keto for past 2 months and saw significant results - he lost 19 lbs, me 7 lbs (i lost a lot of inches around my mid riff). Sorry to jump in and replied to you :)
