    Thanks for sharing I’m deficient in vitamin D. I took the supplements for 8 weeks as suggested by doctor. but now again I feel I’m deficient

    Hi, don't feel bad. Take food as a medicine, try to eat fatty fish, eggs (sorry if you are a vegetarian) sun-dried mushrooms, spinach :thumbup:
