AR is and for that matter Anjali is too..They all are dusky skin ladies..once you are in movie, they are "groomed" to look 5 shades lighter and overtime with quality makeup their natural skin tone is lightened. So ultimately the girl is made fair..did Banupriya --- Radha act in their natural color?? I think saritha is an exception..they had tons of pancake make up applied on them.. And todays trend is actresses undergo GLT injections(depending on the financail strata they are in) to lighten their shade, even the fair nayanthara does it so she has pale/glass skin... So R can survive if she is "groomed" if thats what you want..but will not be like what you wanted. As much as we want to appreciate the natural skin tone, even these ladies once they are in the industry will go through these treatments to survive. So there is no point in us discussing this discrimination unless people and the ladies IN the industry bring a change! This is what it is and we can always dream for a change!
