Even though you have not given the precise birth details of the girl, based on the tentative birth details given by you, it is seen that the girl belongs to Gemini Lagna, and her Moon sign is Hastam, as stated by you. While so, it is seen that her 7th house, house of spouse is not occupied by any planet, by aspected by Saturn Mars, Sun and Rahu an the 7th lord Jupiter has gone to 8th house and also it is debilitated and also in retrograde motion and aspected by Mars.

As per both the charts, you can look for the property (main entrance of the house / flat) facing either East or North or North East and never go for south facing.
