How To Beat Asthma This Winter In India

    Hi friends, I am suffering from asthma since 5 years every winter season using antibiotics and anti allergic medicies,inhalers along with homeo mediciens. But I am unable to escape from asthma. I used to drink more warm water in winter. Please share your ideas and remedies. So that it will helpful to all suffering from asthma. My 5 year ols kid also facing same issue :( whole winter and some times in summer. Please share

    Hi,

    Few things that can help:

    (i)Please avoid using mosquito vaporizers
    (ii)Start doing breathing exercise like pranayama

    At my home,we dont use mosquito vaporizers but still use mosquito nets and bat for rescue.

    I do have the problem and by doing the breathing exercise and few more exercise,i am feeling better and the problem is reduced a lot

    Asthma is a breathing problem that affects the airways in the lungs. Unfortunately, there is no cure for asthma, modern medicine has made it possible to control Asthma symptoms completely so that you can almost forget you have asthma.

    Weight reduction and breathing exercises can help immensely.

    You should Yoga regularly. In yoga you should do Pranayam(Aalom Vilome) in the and morning and evening.Its definitely useful for you.Try it. And yes should drink warm water.

    Thank you for your reply. In the morning i have no time to do in the morning. Morning more work cooking,packing lunch boxes, breakfast preparation. Can i do it in the night after dinner[ After my kid slept]

    You should yoga before dinner if you do after dinner then make a gap between dinner and yoga.
