Ladies , my toddler us 3 years n I m 45 days pregnant.. totally unplanned and still shocking since my ds s very naughty already . ... Already I m an anxiety person .. now it's severe... Todsy morning I vomitted for the first time in pregnancy n started to feel dizzy n extremely fast heartbeat n shivering.. I didn't eat breakfast till 10 though... I m running a preschool so for gokulashtami celebration I had to go to school but it was terrible there also ... I got scared n was very dull throughout n MIL dint mind to ask how I was feeling or did eat or not .. Sometimes I even get tensed n the anxiety causes shortness of breath n palpitation ..

My scan is next week but am going to meet doctor today .. is it common to feel dizzy n I dint have vomiting issues last time .. I m very worried to proceed with this .. I kno many are desperate for baby n I am happy for this but I won't get ant help from mil .. need to take care of DS , school etc .. my mom s taking care of school along with me but all burden s on her head now .. I don't like to simply lie down but I can't stand n do work at all .. will this change after second trimester?

PS my mil is single n has knee pain so she doesn't do much work .. its ok but I expect Lil care like how do I feel .. about hubby , very cool guy but doing business at home n very busy . He tries to support me but not that much .. He is also by my side now I don't have confidence to go with this ..

Even I had terrible nausea and vomiting during first trimester but gradually it reduced as weeks passed. Talk to your doctor if you feel your nausea is too much to handle , I was put on medication for the same since I couldn’t function for few weeks but it did get better after few weeks.
As far as anxiety , please have a talk with your doctor, there are safe medication even for it , don’t ignore as stress is not good for you nor for the baby.
Everything will be fine , jus take care of yourself , ask for help if you feel you need it .
    Take care

I am happy to hear you are doing better. Once you have committed to having a child there should be no looking back and not many expectations from in laws or parents. Make your son comfortable with the idea of a younger sibling. Have him feel the kicks, show him pictures of little babies. Start planning your schedule and life right now for when the baby arrives. Sit down with your husband, mother and discuss division of chores. Start looking for a good nanny or helper for the first couple of months atleast. From my experience I can tell you it will be very busy but you will find a way to manage things efficiently . Lots of good wishes from another mom !
